Rule 63
Work performance evaluation should be done
(1) The employer shall evaluate the performance of the workers according to the basis and procedure specified in the regulations of the establishment.
(2) The employer should provide the related form to the workers who need to evaluate the performance.
(3) At the beginning of the financial year, the employer shall make each worker fill the performance evaluation form of the previous financial year and evaluate it and keep such form safe for at least three years.
